Finger Painted Heart

This is really as simple as it sounds. Toddlers love any excuse to finger paint and this is a great way to use those little finger creations.

What you need:

• finger paint
• finger paint paper
• scissors

What to do:

• Lay out paper and let the little ones have fun painting.
• Once they are done, let the paint dry completely.
• Cut larger pieces into four squares. Fold in half and cut into heart shape.

Tip: Instead of giving all the colors to your toddler at once try just giving them 1 or 2 colors at a time. This will give you an opportunity to talk about that color and it helps to avoid just having one big muddy mess.
