Watercolor Christmas Cards
Can I admit something? I am not that great when it comes to Christmas cards. I’m horrible at keeping ahold of people’s addresses and I truly don’t take pleasure in writing the same message 25-50 times in a row. However, although I might not send out a huge stack of cards, I do plan on sending some personal messages out to a few families that have been on my mind recently. Why not make the message a bit more personal by making the cards myself?…
Enter craft –> I have fallen in love with the look of watercolors over the past few months and how easy they are to use. They are great for creating soft colors and also easy to layer and create darker looks. A big tip is not to use too much water.
What you need:
- Blank Cards
- Watercolor Palette (most come with a brush)
What to do:
- Look for inspiration. (Pinterest is a great place to look up watercolor how tos).
- Create your cards.
